Tony Miotke is new dragline product engineering manager at Columbia Steel
Columbia Steel has announce that Tony Miotke has accepted the position of dragline product engineering manager.
Miotke joined Columbia Steel in 1999. He has a wide range of wear part design experience, having previously served as lead engineer for dragline products, as well as working with the company’s aggregate crusher products group.
“Tony has a wealth of product knowledge and strong relationships with key customers and dealers from his previous time spent in the Dragline Group,” said Chad Rathke, Columbia’s director of sales and marketing. “Both the company and our customers will continue to benefit from Tony’s deep product background and expertise.”
Columbia Steel is headquartered in Portland, Oregon, US. The 86-acre facility is home to an on-site product design and engineering department and full-service steel casting foundry. Columbia Steel serves coal surface mines, aggregate producers, cement plants, metallic mining operations, and scrap recyclers with a wide range of replacement wear parts in a variety of alloys.
