Changes in the board at Wollongong

Azad Bhura has resigned as a director of Wollongong Coal, according to a company announcement. The board of directors accepted Bhura’s resignation effective from 5 December.

Bhura’s resignation “due to some personal reasons”, the company said. “The board of directors would like to thank Mr Bhura for his dedication and accomplished service to the company throughout his tenure.”

Milind Oza, Wollongong’s CEO, has been appointed as a director of the company and its subsidiaries in Bhura’s place as a nominee of Wollongong’s parent company, Jindal Steel & Power Mauritius Ltd, effective from 5 December.
