Tigers Realm Coal has appointed Nikolay Ishmetov as Alternate Director for Tagir Sitdekov on the Board of Tigers Realm Coal Ltd, effective 1 July 2017.
Nikolay is currently a Senior Associate at Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and has been involved in the Russian private equity market for over five years.
RDIF became a Shareholder of TIG in March 2014 and currently holds an equity interest of 14.4%. Tagir Sitdekov was appointed a Director at that time. Nikolay has worked closely with Tagir since RDIF became a shareholder and is familiar with TIG and its business.
