Tlou CBM operations remain unaffected by recent earthquake in Botswana

On 3 April, Botswana experienced an earthquake, with a preliminary measure of 6.5 on the Richter Scale. The epicentre of the earthquake was in a region close to Tlou’s Lesedi project area.

Tlou Energy Ltd, an AIM and ASX-listed company focused on delivering power in Botswana and southern Africa through the development of coal bed methane (CBM), has reported its operations were unaffected by the earthquake.

Tlou’s operations team have reported no damage to the field camp, production testing and monitoring operations at this stage. Tlou will continue to monitor the situation as it unfolds and provide further updates if required.
