TALPAC 11 receives warm response

Following on from the February launch of TALPAC’s new version 11, RungePincockMinarco (RPM) has seen a positive response from its client base.

Adam Price, Product Manager – Simulation, said “TALPAC is one of the most well-known and widely used software products in mining and has become an industry icon. We have been delighted already to hear such great feedback about this latest version of the software from TALPAC users”.

This latest release focused on the usability of TALPAC. The application received a much need facelift which has been brought up to date with a complete new, intuitive user interface, that is easy to use yet still preserved the technical capabilities that TALPAC is renowned for.

“TALPAC’s new more modern UI has provided a complete new look and feel with much clearer navigation than those familiar with the product have experienced before. Users have openly welcomed the changes to the interface and have been incredibly positive about it and the other enhancements we have made“.

“TALPAC 11 sees improved integration with the latest generation of RPM’s equipment library, the largest independent database of it is kind. This update delivers an increase to this equipment database with over 50 new entries, ensuring the equipment information being used is up to date with the latest information from the OEM’s. We now support high gear and low gear and cater for equipment utilising trolley assist. There is also the addition of multiple rimpull and retard curves.

TALPAC 11 is available now and existing clients can upgrade online at any time.
