Advanced Emissions Solutions (ADES) is to undertake a strategic corporate restructuring to “simplify its operating structure in a manner that creates increased custom focus,” the company has said in a press statement. As a result, a number of jobs are expected to be lost.

“As out markets evolve, the company continues to evolve with them,” said L. Heath Sampson, President and CEO of ADES. “The decisions around restructuring have been difficult but were necessary to position the company to succeed in a changing marketplace, meet the current and future needs of our customers and provide a platform for future growth.”

ADES currently acts at the holding entity for a family of companies that offer emissions solutions to the power generation and other industries.
